Vogue magazine was founded in 1892 (yes, it IS older than Anna Wintour, who became editor in ’88) and is now published in 18 countries and one region. Our favorite Vogue editor? Vreeland, of course: Who could resist her endearingly repulsive red living room designed by Billy Baldwin and described by Vreeland herself as “A garden in Hell?”
Here are a few Vintage Vogue covers– which is your favorite?!
“Too much good taste can be boring.” –Diana Vreeland.

We want to know how we’ve survived without Awkward Family Pet Photos. We’re still trying to decide whether the pictures make us really happy, or really sad. We DO know that if you send us an equally awkward vintage-look photo of you and your pets, we’ll feature it on OUR blog. (Actually, we’re only sort of kidding. Send those pics to firstname.lastname@example.org.)
